The mission of the Grayson County Hispanic Heritage Council is to advance educational opportunities for Hispanic students in Grayson County.
G.H.H.C. places an important emphasis on education through the implementation of its scholarship program, and it also strives to nourish and encourage the diverse cultural heritage of the Hispanic community through its yearly celebration and other events.
